Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our team at Endliss Power Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our range of solar products and services, identifying new sales opportunities, and building lasting relationships with customers. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for renewable energy and a talent for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and propose tailored solar energy solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on solar products and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide after-sales support when required.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest solar technology trends and market conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Understanding of solar energy systems and the renewable energy market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive proposals and solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field is preferred.
